We have not our own parking but we have an agreement with a nearby public parking located 7-8 min walking from our location. Parking costs about 18€ (24h with discount). We are located in the monumental area, 100m away from the cathedral.

This apartment is located in the 1st floor. Of course, we have an elevator available for our guests.

For long stays we can talk directly because we love to handle personally this type of requests. On the other hand, our groundfloor patio is very bright despite not having direct sun.

Yes we have cots and hair chair available to our guests. All our bedrooms are for 2 people (there are variety of configuration, separated beds, together, etc). Our penthouse is the only one that have its master bedroom equipped with queen size bed.

Yes, there is a restaurant in our building called Café Santacruz. The rooftop is only available for the Penthouse guests

«Consigliatissimo!!!!»
Posizione incredibile, nel cuore di Santa Cruz e a due passi dalla cattedrale. Pulizia da 10 e lode. Appartamento stupendo con ogni comfort e super accessoriato. Materassi e cuscini molto comodi. Comunicazione eccellente con il responsabile, sempre presente e disponibile via whatsapp.
Se proprio devo trovare un neo, dico che nell'appartamento risaliva un odore di fritto un po' fastidioso, probabilmente dai ristoranti sottostanti. Non capivamo se entrava dal sistema di aerazione interno o dalle finestre.
