hi there, can you advise if parking is avail and price? how far is home from center of town - walking how many mins. is delux giralda apt much nicer than ground floor. what is giralda? thank you!

We have not our own parking but we have an agreement with a nearby public parking located 7-8 min walking from our location. Parking costs about 18€ (24h with discount). We are located in the monumental area, 100m away from the cathedral.

which floor is the 3bed appartment and is there a lift to it? if we arrive around midday - 1 pm on Dec 19th would it be possible to check in? thank you!

This apartment is located in the 1st floor. Of course, we have an elevator available for our guests.

For long stays we can talk directly because we love to handle personally this type of requests. On the other hand, our groundfloor patio is very bright despite not having direct sun.

Yes we have cots and hair chair available to our guests. All our bedrooms are for 2 people (there are variety of configuration, separated beds, together, etc). Our penthouse is the only one that have its master bedroom equipped with queen size bed.

Yes, there is a restaurant in our building called Café Santacruz. The rooftop is only available for the Penthouse guests

The best option for that request is our Deluxe 3 Bedrooms Apartment. All beds are singles (put it together only in the master bedroom)

What was the highlight of Puerta Principe Luxury Apartments
Very Good
The host Miguel was very proactive in booking us transportation to/from the airport and waited for us to let us in and show us the apartment. He also was very responsive to whatsapp to any questions/suggestions we would have, which made it a great stay. The apartment is in a great location with many cafes, restaurants, royal alcazar and cathedral within minutes.
The air conditioning in the apartment could not really be adjusted and was quite cold. The comforters were not washed/cleaned as we found a lot of hair on them before we had used them. Lastly, there were quite a lot of bugs in the ensuite bathroom for some reason although we didn't have any windows open since the air conditioning was on. Lastly, we highly recommend that the property allow for a more secure/locked up location to store luggage instead of allowing guests to store in the main lobby corridor and provide two hair dryers as there were two bathrooms.
